nothing's showing up on the chart sites.. I clicked on bigcharts.com and didn't see anything for my pennies but did see updates for the big caps.. broker dealers have nothing to do with this I would think.

I just tried to sell 5000 shares of CEOS at bid. Nothing happening. It previously has been a 3-5 second response.
