It depends on the quality of the news. Imo there's reason to believe this stock is locked (please think why insiders have accumulated so much shares) and the unofficial float is under a billion shares. With the right news this stock can go for a good run. But please, do not fall for the pumpers. When the pumpers such as herc1 enter the stock, that's a sign to exit. Also remember i said your avg is too high.
