I never understand why new trades get stuck in such obvious BS tickers.

After 2 straight years of them diluting this ticker, my GUESS is that they stopped adding more shares, because they are not sure when FINRA will complete the R/S processing, and they don't want to get caught holding shares, that they have not sold.

NOW, what does that say to existing shareholders? lol
(It's a raw deal maybe?)
