Only as far as the shares being added to the OS on OTCM but the premise is 100% the same.

You still have have to consider their 93% ownership based on fully diluted capitalization.
Their shares still exist and they have to be accounted.

The market cap on the 7% of shares in the market is grossly disproportionate to the the value of the fully diluted capitalization because pumpers pumped it as though it were the entire company.
