" .... how you dilute ". Was going to offer an opinion on this question, but maybe I'm not understanding the question? How is the Offering itself, NOT dilution? When the filing says, " We are offering up to 208,333,333 shares of Common Stock, $0.001 par value per share ", it's telling us that they are going to dilute the value of everyone's Common Stock, by selling more Common Stock. Not to mention, this is after they Split everyone's shares by 1 for every 1,000 shares. In other words, they wipe everyone's number out, then dump some new ones.
