FINRA clearance on what? Are you just confused?
Let me help you understand. Sharp is waiting on OTC at this stage, not FINRA. There is no 2-3 month FINRA anything. In all likelihood, OTC will allow $GVSI to go PINK CURRENT this week, as soon as tomorrow, or as late as Friday. Should be a great week!!!
Once PINK CURRENT, which is Step 6 of 7, almost every major stock trading platform will allow BUYING of $GVSI shares again.
After Pink Current, Step 7, the FINAL STEP awaits. Step 7 of 7 Steps, is the big one, it’s the LAST ONE!! Once Step 6 is completed, George Sharp CAN, at any time, ANNOUNCE THE NAME OF THE REVERSE MERGER CANDIDATE. This announcement has nothing to do with a 2-3 month FINRA whatever. :-)
Many are under the impression that Sharp has to wait until the 294 million shares are cancelled before he can announce the reverse merger candidate. Nothing can be further from the truth. Evidence of this can been seen at Sharp’s “7 STEP” process. No where in the 7 steps does Sharp even mention “Share Cancellations”. SHARE CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT NECESSARY TO MOVE FORWARD, should Mr. Sharp want to continue working on them concurrently with the reverse merger process.
FINRA, The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, has nothing to do with $GVSI going PINK CURRENT THIS WEEK, or Step 7, the announcement of the reverse merger candidate by Sharp.
After the Sharp RM announcement, $GVSI will apply to FINRA to do a NAME change and TICKER change and CUSIP Number change. But until that happens, FINRA isn’t really involved and there is no 2-3 month wait to go PINK CURRENT. In fact, Pink Current could come tomorrow.
