taste buds are funny with people. i actually want to like lamb chops cuz it looks deeeeliscioussssss !!! like with pork ribs, if they taste like ham i dont want them. i want pork flavor ! not a ham sandwich !!
The wife makes them in the oven in the winter on the grill (top down) in the summer. In tin foil in both with S&P, oregano, and lemon. A couple minutes each side, depending on how you like them. In tin foil so it cooks in the juices. Maybe we will try it your way. That sound good also.
