The stock price has lagging due to Bearish Market conditions, and also a small amount of dilation/REG A which was used by the company in 2022. The AS reduction to 200M essentially caps the company from any significant dilution, but allows them ample room for Mergers and Acquisitions.

Personally I am not worried about the day to day stock price here. This is not the market where you want to be selling stock. Were legit at a 2 year bottom. Wait and year and look at the PPS. You probably will be pleasantly surprised.
