Good stuff I'm glad we put all that confusion to bed....I must say these last 2 months have been very exciting and enjoyable....

I wasn't in TSNP but found out about it when it was near its peak.

I have been lucky to participate in a few others that broke out and there is nothing like it..

The first one, many years ago went from pennies to over a buck in 1 day.

I rode it all the way up and watched it all the way back down....took about 2 days.

The later ones I did better, but still learning....

The NVSC doesn't Dismiss cases - they determine if there were legal errors such as Sharp giving proper notification to Calesse - Sharp has a history of circumventing the legal system by not giving notification to the previous management. So the case won't be dismissed as you have written dozens of times the NVSC will rule if - "The Supreme Court does not pursue fact-finding by conducting trials, but rather determines whether legal errors were committed in the rendering of the lower court's decision."
