if they say, reverse stock split, they will do it, then the stock price will go right back down to Zero, it happens 99 % of the time, more like 100 % of the time.

It's a scam only the OTC exchange makes money on this scam, any way you look at it, any way, any way, only the OTC exchange rakes in the money and they know what happens right after the reverse split occurs
