All the pieces are stacking up against naked shorting!

That is a MAJOR point that we disagree on!

Selling issued shares that were NOT YET registered, but were issued, is just a violation of the rules and results in a fine or other penalty... not a requirement to buy back the shares!

Naked shorting involves selling shares the one does not have and don't exist... and is FRAUD! This could cause a NSS...

The 2 are VERY different!
