Plenty $VXIT Fridays see buying, but no follow-thru.

Take a look at nearly every recent Friday.

Many low-volume easy-to-move OTCs get manipulated higher into weekends, often followed by the board being inundated all weekend about "somebody knows something", in order to encourage buyers the following Monday.

With $VXIT it clearly hasn't meant anything in the past, and there's never been follow-thru.

Are you suggesting "this time is different"?
