My wife's side on Greek Easter used to get a whole lamb and roast it on a spit for hours. By dinnertime everyone was full from picking at it while cooking. Some of the best meat I've ever had. But, along with some lemon potatoes, Greek salad, good feta and bread everybody found extra room.
Unfortunately everyone got too old to set up and turn the spit. When NLST hits, I'll hire someone to do that.
Man, I'm hungry now.
