I know the company said they were going to reduce the PVSP AS by 2B and that was before this spin off news. At this point does it really matter now that we know the spin off is happening. I am more tuned in as to what happens with Artizen, than I am PVSP post spin off. It is nice to know that we still will have interest in both though. JMO
