Too funny. Honestly it is the float that I watch as an increase to OS is mostly irrelevant. Yes, assuming the stock remains unchanged, the market cap will go up as you have more OS, but those increased shares won’t hit the float for at least 4 more months and that is a big if at best and it would most likely be a tiny amount at best
That doesn't change the fact that the OS on OTCM only represents 7% of the company which is why the filings state that their shares (215 million) are considered outstanding for the purposes of calculating respective equity stakes.
That's why the CEO said "our share are outstanding" in the conference call.
If folks didn't read the filings and just relied on OTCM they would be given the false impression that they are buying shares on 100% of the company when the company is 93% owned by beneficial shareholders.
