Stranger still, both ECPL and OPUS have the same CEO, the attorney letter was by the same attorney, and the Financials are almost all 0.

Yet ECPL filed 12/7 and got pink current today, OPUS filed 1/12, filed revised documents 1/27, and got pink current yesterday.

Makes absolutely no sense.
