Out of sequence reporting. If you check the trades, you can see the SEQ flag. It basically means that transaction was reported with a delay. They did that on purpose, so the price wouldn’t count. You can see these shenanigans all over the place. MMs and the dealer network conveniently screw up all no bid stocks.

You can check out this unscrupulous manipulation if you check today’s trades in TGHI. Since they fabricated a quint zero one, they conveniently reported eight trades in a row on a delay, to keep it there. It’s detestable.
