I realize that and I may be wrong.....hope I am......but I think most buyouts are kind of like baseball players and you compare like players and what most recent salaries are and you make a comparable offer. I think Vivos would need to have a well established customer base before they would get anything substantially over 1 billion.

There is so much competition right now with all of the theranostics in the pipeline and other devices similar to radiogel.
