This latest IPR nonsense shows why VPLM keeps increasing OS.. It's beyond ridiculous the circles patent owners have to go through to fight for their patents.

I know that this gets discussed after each one of these posts, but the company has every right to sell up to the total number of authorized shares. Everyone who buys this stock accepts that this will happen and it gets pointed out often when there are questions. Had this not been happening, we would all have maybe one and a half times the percentage ownership of a company that had been out of business for a decade.

The path here is to create a legitimate case with realistic and meaningful penalties agains patent infringers who are supposed to be paying VPLM for the use of their IP. Until the defendants exhaust all of their tricks, while the price of infringing continues to grow and the evidence of their bad faith is further exposed, VPLM has no other choice than to play the legal game by the book.

A lot of us believe in this path and are able to articulate why it makes sense. I have yet to hear a reasonable case for an alternative method. Please, anyone, show us all a way that this can be won without wisely used dilution and/or show us how the money being raised is be mis-used.
