In the tech sector when we see takeovers many ask why such a huge premium?
Those doing the buying know the value and know if they wait longer it will cost more or lose out completely so they pay the huge premium. Just go back and look at some of those deals and the premiums paid.
Not saying SEV being taken out right now but I am saying when they are I believe a nice juicy premium will be paid.
