Gotta include the outstanding warrants not reflected in current share count. Agree, share structure will be totally different down road, due to more offerings and warrants that come with offering shares.

Remember Sirtex sold for over a billion. Vivos has a away better product

Boston Scientific paid 4.2 billion for BTG pharmaceuticals which made TheraSpheres as well as other products, so I think that's a little bit of wishful thinking.
