If that news came thru, we'd be at $5/share right now.

We haven't received our Pref A and B shares which means he failed to deliver on the
Merger DEAL. Sounds like incompetence on Mercers part to me.

You do realize the ball is in MICTs court to drop.... if they drop that we still own Tingo Inc. MICT gets nothing.

In the meantime the price disconnect to book value is worth holding and adding at these levels.

Yes Im okay with that... bring it lower ill take the arbitrage.
