So why did MK twice put out bogus IDE submission forecasts in 2021, and never bothered advising as soon as he knew the second forecast wasn't valid? Gross incompetence? As far as lawsuits, this is a penny stock on a shoestring budget, there's nothing there for share holders to go after, even if their case had legal standing and merit. No attorney would touch it.
