I did a bit of research and found 35 Hiltons in CA which generally have their own large bars and restaurants on the same properties. I'm a contractor and worked for them over the last 15 years and know most of their setups. I am just guessing on the client, but do know there are huge players out there, even besides Hilton. So not withstanding they are aiming in the right direction. CEO's comments last month about bringing company to place where no more shares need issued, and dividends in the horizon. That would be a great future after the pain of re-splits to stay alive. Todays contracts news turns some light on in the right direction....The sales team is going for the gold with the right clients and continuing to develop a great craft brew.
