I thought I responded to both. I provided data to support the concept of-sub-saturating synergy-at least it does in my opinion. If you don't accept that, it's fine. I added an argument that we do not have sufficient data to suppot a dose inhibiting effect-yet. I only addressed this because you used it to support your position on the sub-saturating synergy effect.
BTW: I never take our exchanges in a negative way. I believe they help me think through these issues. My hope is that is your experience also.
