They have data that don't fit. ORR in 80 mg is 6/17=35%, in 120 mg 3/14=21%, in 160 mg 3/11=27%, in 200 mg no responses in not known number of patients. Based on Rice hypothesis you should see higher ORR with higher dose or at least equal. But you can always argue that more data is needed. Then you hypothesis is safe.
