NASDAQ rule is maintain a $1.00 bid for 10 trading days... the RS is way past ten days... so NASDAQ should be ruling them compliant provided they did submit a viable plan for going forward to maintain the dollar and more... but that's just a formality as there can be no guarantees that any plan from any company will succeed

And you correct I expect this to dilute down to $2.00 by the end of the Q 2
