I think CRZY is new, at least from when I checked at 1:30 am this morning.

They filed an annual report yesterday and got pink current today, so I think some tier changes may be automated or require minimal review, and may not be restricted to early in the morning.

Not quite sure, though, since some of the others became pink current after filing quarterly reports, which should be similar, but it took four business days from filing to going pink current. I'm not sure if there is a method to the madness or if the delay simply varies depending on backlog.

And the backlog/response time may vary depending on department, with one queue for existing companies regaining current status (quarterly or annual report) and another queue for new applications (annual report and attorney letter).
