Is everyone so forgetful? They have said 'no more dilution' multiple times in the past. This time is not the first and will not be the last. They have lied to 'investors' many times about dilution. This recent lie is just the flavor of the week to dump more shares. There will be more dilution. Don't buy into the scam.
