I wouldn't bother with a conspiracy theory. Just a backlog. Last 2 days have seen the most Tier changes in the last few months. 29 last night alone.

Normally only see 5-10 MAX a day

When is it time to start getting pissed at otc markets for not doing it job.

Maybe it's not otc market's fault and/or maybe they've found more problems (which seems to be a running topic, i.e. the filing of the financials and the attorney's letter incorrectly).

Who knows what other issues they found.

This ticker has had problems for a year and a half and it isn't SEC compliant.
