Looks like the ie cash flow generated enough to buy 3.75 million.
They wanted a presence in Ft Collins and Garden City.

43 dispensaries and counting

It's a new County!

Well, that sort of muted our previous conversation. Impairments...ah, skip that.in a great way! I count two in this add as CO #26 and CO #27 for 41open of 43 announced in month one. Although, it appears they had a Garden City and 2 current in Collins. #44 possible? I'll wait for the PR or conference call, slide update to confirm. Will be interesting to see if the State and municipalities are quicker doing these transfers after a few years of practice and how they are branded --one SB, one EF, or?

"...pursuant to which the Purchaser will purchase substantially all of Sellers’ assets used or held for use in Sellers’ business of owning and operating its retail and medical marijuana stores located in Fort Collins, Colorado and Garden City, Colorado"

I know you mean well Doc, but the debt structures are what they are until the cost and degree of what the company sees as reasonably available financing changes. Discuss, harp at will by all means. The debt structure was negotiated and was disclosed at each step. If you don't like it, of course, by all means, sell or do what you see fit. I plan on seeing this through to what I perceive as a much greener mountain side as a long. In terms of progress, they are doing great and I have great enthusiasm for This Team. The stock price, still a caboose...but on the track ahead of many others that don't impress me nearly as much -- at the sidings or derailed. '22 was a very bad year canna stocks in general.
