I’m thinking if it weren’t speculation and 100% certain then, number 1 , he (Passs) would be an insider. Number 2, the PPS would be 20 to 30 bucks already. It all looks and sounds very possible but all speculation for now. Just my opinion. Time will tell. Good luck.
