This means that the prosecution WILL get access to Berman's FA. I am sure they will make their own assessment of the honesty of the disclosures therein.



Its also worth noting that it is a condition of Berman's bail that any asset transfer or disposal in excess of $10,000 was forbidden, without the pre approval of the court.
Therefore If Berman took any steps to place assets beyond the reach of law enforcement, it better have happened before his arrest.
Lying on an FA is perjury... so if Berman has been other than truthful, it looks like this is a case of 'double or quits' on the fraud charges!

Its entirely possible that he is actually potless.
the problem is... it would be much easier to give him the benefit of that doubt if he hadn't lied so comprehensively thus far!
I suggest no quarter be given therefore.
