I think if it was a hard no he would have got one. I think the decision is between new trial or acquittal or it would have been denied. We shall see.

Appears Mark will never be held accountable for defrauding investors. He was successful in blowing up a fake business and extracting an enormous amount of dough. Crime pays. This can will be kicked down the road for eternity, imo. Lol.
