Lawyering = wordsmithing, crafty legal arguments, procedural stuff like the context in which I said that (someone was incorrectly claiming that the breach of fiduciary duty case would result in a default judgment)


Arguing = what we do here.

See the difference? It doesn't make sense for someone to read through a bunch of rules of civil procedure and guess at the outcome without any experience to draw from... which is very different from arguing your perspective on a forum.
