missy kipping financed NOTHING and that is why she lost in court! BYE-BYE, 100+million VPLM shares! I think they were had for about $600k....NOW WORTH NEARLY $4mm... Ouch!

There must be a paper trail,financial reports/records as to where the money actually came from/provided by?
On the court records throughout the several trials it is proven that RichardKipping/Locksmith actually provided the capital to VPLM to acquire Digi and as well finance the first 5 patents for approval for VOIPPAL.
This is without prejudice and for the protection of VPLM shareholders.
