Given everything the Ant Man said, I believe this company is in deep do do, (as if it already isn't there) and that no one will consider buying it until things are sorted out and that could take the remainder of the year or more. Depends on what the AG does and how far the court docket is backed up. I don't believe the Faro's are involved anymore (other than co-owning the patents) and that the CEO is on his own. The patents may be a golden ticket for them but that's only if anyone is interested and is willing to pay what they want. So yes, either way share holders are screwed and IMO that fat lady has sung. I'm sure if things go his way the Ant Man will return to rub it in.
