Anyone who owns 5% or more of a company's shares has to file the required disclosure documents with the SEC. After months of claiming he/she didn't have to file, liar guerguerian dickran eventually acknowledged this and made the required filings albeit about a year late.

That's why it is safe to say there is only 1 person who owns 5% or more of erhe and that is dickran according to the SEC database. As always, trust the facts, and beware of bullshit, sketched heads and made up private phone calls with erhc management.
