Bingo. That's what I've been saying. Try and settle for a substantial amount that is not obscene. Revenge should never be a key factor because NLST will still need a working relationship going forward.
And, eventhough we all know it's a no brainer, you can never trust a jury. Juries are usually sympathetic to the little guy, especially with the overwhelming facts, but it's not always a slam dunk.
