He has a court case going to cancel 294 Million to start. And he is digging for the possibility for more of the OS to get tossed.

An AS reduction is probably in the works as well. But you don't need a court ruling on that.

$GVSI is preparing an initial court action to cancel over 294 million shares. Records are being examined to determine how many additional shares might be cancelled.
