For sure. Nft are the retail arm of Blockchain technology IMO. Either your asset is a coin (currency, % of factional digital ownership) or a
NfT retail digital ownership of real world assets (homes, hotels, business, land, etc...

All we have witness in the nft space is digital art assets. Next is nft utility assets. These nfts will provide real world physical assets to said ownership. Nft revolution will be greater then Blockchain financial revolution we are witnessing.

Only because nft affect the day to day consumers, while Blockchain financial services are behind the curtain transactions.
