I'm totally amazed of why you of all people, would be against improvements in the way to search wreck areas? I'm glad to own shares and looking forward to where the pps goes! Jmo

What’s gonna be really fun to watch…….is

how they continue to make excuses as to why treasure isn’t found.

Not one of the faithful will say, if they don’t have treasure on deck within days of the permit being issued, then the thing is a farce.

Oh no.

One did say that he bets they’re scanning and rescanning every chance they get.

If the Toy works, then I would certainly agree. And if it works they should already know if treasure is there, and exactly where it is.

They’ve been talking about scanning Juno for well over a year, but it only takes a weekend?

The folks at FBAR wrote the current statutes. Their intent was to follow to the letter what UNESCO did. The 2008-2009 statute revisions recognizes Sovereign Immunity, which is not just for warships.

Kyle, The Baer, and Timmy have all been told it’s against state and federal law to disturb Spain’s cultural heritage.

SFRX first ask for a recovery permit on Area 2 in late 2014. Almost 9 years and billions of shares later, they’re still there.

Juno is grandfathered in, and Spain’s attorney says they recognize such sites.

Juno is their only hope for Spain’s treasure unless they partner with someone on a grandfathered site, like the Atocha.

Mad Max may have some spare change to play with, but he’s not very savvy when it comes to salvage law.

He’s a good fit with these clowns.
