Wow, it should be a Big house in Texas since the houses over there are the Lower-priced comparing to both the East and West coasts!

Hopefully he will issue some Very Good News or Key Updating Event very soon to drive the way-overdue Big rally in 2023...

Buying its peer (BDGR) at Top 0.0034 = buying SUTI at 0.021 v.s. at 99.05% Giant discount price 0.0002 now!

Note, the Target price 0.021 = 105 Times of its current Ridiculous-Low price 0.0002!

Both SUTI and its Parent PBHG are ready to soar! At Hyper Oversold status!

Welcome to the board! Wow, the house valuation is about the Same as the Entire MV of SUTI at its Bottom!

So, he should liquidate the house then use all the cash proceeds to Buy-Out the Entire float of the Hyper-Undervalued SUTI at Dirt Cheap price 0.0002!

Over 1.07M shares Slapped at the Dirt Cheap ask 0.0002 so far!

Hopefully no more Big Sell-Off at the bid or Bottom 0.0001!
