I see nothing impressive concerning that merger. In fact very unimpressive considering where Akerna is now compared to where it has been, not to mention the joke "mining" crypto company they merged with with a street address in a middle class neighborhood in Vegas. Nothing to see here except their plummeting stock price head for oblivion. Im glad no relationship to our ticker.
King any thoughts around this? And how it could impact us?
Seems strange that they would bail on cannabis with a huge lose to essentially be used as a shell for crypto mining firm to go public. Hard to see anything but a failed business.
