Too funny Yolo. I mean, who but a few would really care to argue that if a person was found lying somewhere and rigor mortis had clearly set in (and/or perhaps the person was decapitated or only their skull and bones were found) couldn't be called "dead". Nope. They argue that you can't call them "Dead" until they were legally declared dead.
