It's just a few people spreading misinformation. There is a court order barring claims already. Shard cancelation is just icing on the cake. It's always good to have less shares available.

I think it is good overall (although unnecessary), but definitely delays the process. So the timing involved is a negative, especially for those excited about pink current being imminent.
