APSI will probably report "consolidated" financials for the quarter, which will effectively be Tradition's financials for the quarter, same as on the super 8-K.
Unless they go out of their way to change the reporting year to the calendar year or whatever is necessary to align with Tradition. But my limited understanding is that that is a pretty significant undertaking, so doesn't happen very often.
