Thanks for the post, I was surprised to see them mention NioCorp and only NioCorp as a shovel ready project.

I’m even more surprised to see after an hour of trading that NioCorp has not traded a full board-lot yet.

I thought we were halted until I saw 21 shares were traded

I think I reported this before:
Will Rogers said - “Buy land. They ain’t making any more of the stuff”

I say - Buy NioCorp. They ain’t making any more of the stuff in Elk Creek. And, it's shovel ready!
Plus the DOD will be first in line, and I won't be surprised to see a large package of funding coming from them soon, to get this project underway. It's been a long haul getting here, but with our gov. committees finally waking up to what they've been talking about for a decade is ready to happen.
