Why are MMs allegedly keeping the share price down? Can only be by shorting it..

But why are they shorting PCTL? What do they think they know?

If shorters thought PCT was on its way to great things, why would they take unlimited risk shorting a sub penny stock?

What is their end game? How do they think this will this pay off for them?
