The company are current filers. When they sign a deal, it should be reflected with the share price increasing. The share price criteria is the main target they need to meet prior to uplisting. The directors & other criteria's will be easily met by that time. We have witnessed recently the SHORTERS desperately holding down the share price. This can't last forever before the boom.

The License Agreements are exclusive, and the territory licensed to the Company is worldwide and replace previously issued License Agreements.
